Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trading Psychy (the "Service"), operated by Leon Boskovic ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Trading Psychy is a trading-psychology journaling tool. It helps you record trades, moods, routines, and self-assessments. It is an educational and organizational tool only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Authentication is provided by a third-party identity provider.
3. Subscriptions, trial & billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your selected plan (monthly or yearly) renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund handling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. No financial advice & no warranty
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
