Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Trading Psychy, operated by Leon Boskovic.
1. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account using the "Manage subscription" option, which opens the Stripe customer portal. After cancelling, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; it is not renewed afterwards.
3. Refunds
Because a 7-day free trial lets you fully evaluate the Service before paying, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may grant refunds at our discretion — for example, in cases of accidental duplicate charges or a clear billing error.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or ask a billing question, email us at leon.boskovic@gmx.ch with the email address on your account. We aim to respond within a few business days.
