Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Leon Boskovic ("we", "us") handles information in connection with Trading Psychy (the "Service"). We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
1. Data you create stays on your device
Your trades, journal entries, moods, checklists, and routines are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. You can export or permanently delete this data at any time from the app. If you clear your browser storage, this data is gone and cannot be recovered by us.
2. Account data
Authentication is handled by Clerk. When you sign up, Clerk processes your email address and, if you use social login, the basic profile information your provider shares. We use this only to identify your account and provide access.
3. Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment details and shares with us limited information such as your subscription status, customer ID, and billing country.
4. Hosting & technical data
The Service is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser information) to deliver the site and protect against abuse.
5. Third-party processors
We rely on the following processors, each with their own privacy policy: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Using the Service involves data being processed by these providers.
6. Cookies
We and our processors use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to process payments securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at leon.boskovic@gmx.ch. You can delete locally-stored data yourself from within the app at any time.
8. Data retention
Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Locally stored content remains on your device until you remove it.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
